Movie Review: Enough starring J-Lo

When you think of domestic violence being portrayed in cinema, most people think of the movie Enough which stars Puerto Rican actress and singer Jennifer Lopez. In this film, she plays Slim, a waitress who is captivated by the charm of a gentleman who stops by her diner to eat. They fall in love, get married, and have a daughter named Gracie. Soon after the honeymoon phase, her husband Mitch begins acting suspicious. Things take a turn for the worse once she finds out he is cheating and confronts him. She begins a long journey of being violently abused, stalked, and tormented. Eventually she has enough. With the support of her close friends. empowerment from her self-defense trainer, and love for her daughter, Slim takes matters into her own hands and defends herself one last time...
